This website collects only the information you enter in the request form: first name, phone number, optional email address, and your answers about who the coverage is for, age range, coverage amount, primary concern, and preferred contact method and time. Basic advertising information (such as campaign and UTM tags) is stored with your request.
This website does not collect Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, detailed health information, or driver's license numbers.
How it is used
Your information is sent to Mark Helmintoller so he can contact you about your request. It is stored securely and is not sold.
Measurement and advertising
To learn which adverts bring people to this site, a measurement tool run by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) can record the pages you view, whether a request form was completed, and basic details such as your browser, device, and the campaign tags on the link you clicked. Your name, phone number, email address, and your answers in the form are not sent to Meta.
In regions where a choice is required, nothing is sent to Meta until you answer the on-page notice. Anyone can change that decision later, in this browser, using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Where no notice was shown, measurement still runs; you can object through your browser settings or by contacting Mark Helmintoller at mark.nasb@aol.com.
